Lush Spa provides spa services and products that are satisfactory and of high professional quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act/Sales of Goods Act S14(2)/Consumer Protection (Fair Trading Act) and Lemon Law.


Guests are recommended to make advance booking prior to arrival. If you would like to request for a particular therapist, kindly do so at the time of reservation, subject to availability. Lush Spa is open to both male and female patrons.


We recommend you arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to have a welcome tea, change and ensure that you receive the full duration of your treatment. If it’s your first time visiting us, please allow additional time to fill out a consultation form.


We request that guests call to cancel or reschedule their treatments 6 hours prior to appointment time. We do not charge for first time “no-shows”. But we may require your credit card details to secure future bookings. Full charges will apply for repeat “no-shows” and cancellations less than 1 hour prior to appointment time.


We require your credit card details when making reservations for group bookings. Full charges will apply for ‘no shows’ and cancellations less than 48 hours prior to event.


We accept cash in Singapore dollars and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard AMEX). All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are nett prices unless otherwise stated. Additional charges will be incurred should there be additional treatments and services. Lush honors the prices quoted on at the time of booking and for treatments and services. Lush is committed to honoring all in-store promotions as displayed on-site & online.


Prices for treatments (including add-ons & upgrades) are laid out on our in-store and online spa menus along with treatment descriptions. Discount prices will be stipulated on all in-store and online promotional materials. Lush Spa is committed to avoid overcharging or under-charging and to ensure correct change is given. We are not a GST-registered business and hence no GST is charged. Prices stated are nett.


All treatments performed are non-refundable. However, in the event of less than satisfactory service, Lush Spa may at its discretion, proffer the customer a voucher for a return visit. Lush Spa reserves the right to determine the voucher value. Guests may request a change of therapist within the first 10 minutes of the treatment should they find the therapist unsuitable.

Refund - Should you decide to withdraw from a spa package, you have to personally return to Lush Spa within 5 working days of purchase with your original receipt. Packages have a 5-day cooling off period for a full refund (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Treatments that have been utilized will be charged according to a la carte prices. No refunds will be made for packages not consumed after the 5-day cooling off period.
Transfer - Packages can be transferred to another guest during the 5-day cooling off period or after 5 working days at no surcharge.
Exchange – Packages can be exchanged for a different programme of the same price at any time during the 5-day cooling off period or after 5-working days at no surcharge.
All refunds will be made to you in the form of a cheque 14 working days from time of refund.

Products sold at Lush has a warranty against defects up to 2 weeks from date of purchase. This does not apply to edible products.

Working days are exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.


Lush Spa has an insurance coverage plan to protect its customers who have made prepayments. All prepayments including, but are not limited to packages, gift vouchers, and memberships fees will be covered by approved insurance. The coverage ensures that customers will be protected in the event of insolvency or compulsory liquidation. Payout of the programme balance is made in cheque. An insurance cover note is issued to customers immediately upon collection of payment.


Client care information is confidential. Client care information is necessary for carrying out safe and effective treatments. Customers’ particulars are solely for the purposes of completing sales transactions. Upon written by customers, information may be used for internal marketing purposes and to inform customers of upcoming promotions. It is the responsibility of spa guests to ensure that they are well and fit for treatment. Lush spa will not accept any responsibility for injury. Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnant or any other medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before signing up for any spa services.


To maintain the peaceful serenity at the spa, we request that all guests keep noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and other electronic devices should be on silent mode. Lush has a no-selling policy during treatments and in treatment rooms.

A locker is provided in your treatment room. For safety and security reasons, please do not bring valuables to the spa. The spa is not responsible for any loss of personal valuables.
